Our boutique studio prides itself on small classes and bookings are essential.

Here is how to book:

  2. Purchase a package

  3. Book Your Class

Make sure you are logged before booking! There is a 2 hour window to cancel your booking before class starts. We look forward to meeting you!

I consider myself to be extremely fortunate to have had Laurin as my yoga teacher for the past four or five years. Laurin is such a gifted and inspirational teacher who brings her passion for yoga to every class. She is aware of every individual’s injuries and limitations, and adapts the practice accordingly. The small classes facilitate this, as well as creating a sense of community.


Her Yoga Nidra is magical, her voice is calming, and the incorporation of the drum and Tibetan singing bowl enhances the relaxation experience.
