"If you can breathe you can do yoga" - Krishnamacharya

Laurin has been an active member of Yoga Australia since becoming a teacher. She is passionate about designing classes that are specific to the student's need.  Her background as an Exercise Physiologist ads in supporting students with injuries.  

Laurin has since deepened her knowledge as a kids & teens yoga teacher. 

Meet Laurin 

Laurin has been practicing Yoga for over 18 years and holds a Yoga Teaching Diploma from The Yoga Institute, Sydney where she was taught by Michael De Manincor, one of Australia’s most senior and respected teachers.  Laurin had the privilege of learning from the lineage of Krishnamacharya, the father of modern yoga. Through teaching a balanced practice of pranayama (breath work), asana (movements) and meditation, you will feel stress ease out of the body and mind and leave feeling grounded and calm.
