1-on-1 Session

A private session for a completely customized experience

Service Description

Contact us to schedule with any of our teachers (24-hour notice is preferred). This can be either a one-hour private yoga session to either develop a personalised home yoga practice or gain the benefit of a guided private lesson, OR a one-hour hypnotherapy session designed to create a sate of deep relaxation in order to treat issues arising from psychological or emotional origins.
